Return Policy
If you would like to return a product, we must be advised within 10 days of receipt at 1-800-418-4438 or fax at 1-515-254-0153 or email support at Great Idea Gift Store. At that point we will give a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition.
NOTE: Merchandise must be returned in original packing, clean and unused.
